The Financial Management Division
includes the Pharmacy Purchasing Office, Drug Storeroom, and
Financial Systems Data Processing Office. These areas are
responsible for ordering drugs, maintaining inventory,
processing inventory system transactions and generating
patient charges. In addition, division managers work closely
with other department staff in producing drug utilization
reports, analyzing expense trends, deriving annual expense and
revenue budgets, and carrying out other responsibilities that
are integral to the departmentŐs service mission.
